Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is our match point!

Important Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks (from Clothing/Socks category)
  • Used racquets (including Tennis, Squash, Padel, Platform Tennis, and Pickleball racquets/paddles)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Initiate your return within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return to our facility at:

  5. Track your return – we’ll notify you once we receive and process your item

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the same steps as a return, but specify you’d like an exchange in your initial email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (subject to availability).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless item is defective or incorrect)

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
